Beautiful Mee was formed in November 2013 by myself and my older sister Portia Ncube with the help of Nomakhosazana. My sister is a Beautician by qualification and a former top model who has had contracts with Ford Model Agency in South Africa. I am girl who fell in love with the make-up brushes, loves to see my hair look good and fashion is my thing.

Growing up watching my sister and Lorraine Maphala my other sister from another mother getting ready for a modelling show made me passionate about the beauty industry. What fascinated me the most was watching my mother design these beautiful gowns for my sister and watching the girls get all dolled up. I remember sitting down and thinking ‘’no l am not going to be a model l am going to be the one to make women look beautiful, make sure their hair is snatched, make up beat to capacity and dressed to the Teee’’. I call them the three steps to “Miss Barbie’s world” and yes this statement always works for me “when you look good you feel good”.

Beautiful Mee glam squad is dedicated to providing the best services to our customers. We are based in Bulawayo and we will be launching our Beauty Studio in a few months for now we are mobile. We specialise in luxury hair such as Peruvian, Remy and Brazilian hair. Our prices are very reasonable; we do ‘makeup at events’, we into ‘styling, nails and we also sell women’s clothing’ yes we are full on with being beautiful.

I have big plans for Beautiful Mee, personally for me is having a charity that we can support for Portia is having a modelling agency. We are ready to make sure Zimbabwean women have access to fashion that is in season, real hair without the hustle of getting it from other countries as it is in their own land. My diaspora exposure and my sister Portia’s exposure to the Zim culture is a good mix that is what makes us unique.

followed up by applying Revlon Colour stay mixed with Maybelline using a sponge from sleek.

I then leave my foundation to set for 2mins. Finally use MAC Prep + Prime transparent finishing powder this helps to prevent the makeup from melting ladies.
