Feed’Em

London rapper Tracy Lenga, aka Feed’Em, has constantly released free downloads via digital websites and continues to impact stages across the UK with his straight to the point rhythms, thought provoking lyricism and energetic performances. Since his reformation in 2012 the former LDN Roadz member has taken a new approach to his sound whereby he aims to “feed” the Gospel through music, ‘this regards catering the Word according to people’s understanding, I’m talking from milk to meat’. Feed’Em Music Group is a brand that aims to feed the Gospel through music, media and events. The mission statement is inspired by Mathew 4:4 ‘Man shall not live on bread alone but every word out of the mouth of God’ – Feed’Em, speaking to God-Jam in an exclusive interview he further explained, ‘The Word of God is our daily bread; just like our flesh requires food and water to function correctly, our spirit needs the Word of God.’
Currently working on his long awaited debut mixtape You Can Know the Half, where he intends to put everything out in the open. We often come across the terms “you don’t even know the half” when trying to express an opinion about somebody else’s maters, Lenga believes by sharing that half he will build a personal and transparent relationship with the listeners and show that only Jesus can save ‘the hope is to demonstrate the glory of God through my life scenarios’. The mixtape includes his testimonies, some teachings and aspirations.
Maintaining interaction with his audience Feed’Em has hosts open mic events across London, under his charitable campaign Hunger No Longer, raising funds and awareness about local issues. Feed’Em also hosts his own radio show ‘Feed’Em Sessions’, bringing you a distinctive blend of fresh UK music with live talks and exclusive guest performances, Mondays at 7pm live on Blast Radio.
Check out his debut music video; Manufactured by Our Own Invention (MBOOI) which tackles the issues around social media, digital era and new age conspiracy.
